We present our patient’s online access to their account via our PrognoCIS Patient Portal Service. Patients are able to login via a Secure Internet Connection to access their account information and medical information made available by Greeg Family Healthcare. If you are an established patient and would like to gain access to the Patient Portal, please contact our office at (575) 532-5700, for more information.
HOW IT WORKS
Please note that as soon as you click on either the “Go to My Patient Portal” or on the “Register” button, a new window will open up. And either Log In for existing patients or fill out the registration form for new patients.
