• Show Up Early, as you may/will need to fill out paperwork before your appointment.
  • Same day appointments and walk-ins are welcome.  
  • No Children are allowed to go to the restroom alone. Adult/Parent Supervision is required. 

  

 For all clinic visits, Remember to bring:

  • All Current Medications
  • Insurance Card
  • Vaccination Card
  • Identification for Adults
  • Any Pertinent Medical Records
  • If since your last visit to our clinic, you have been prescribed any medications by other medical providers, or the Hospital/Emergency Room, please bring them in with you on your next appointment.
  • DIABETIC PATIENTS: Please also bring your Blood Glucose logs with you. 

We accept all major medical insurance including Medicaid and Medicare. Self-paying patients are also welcome. If you have any question about your account, please contact our friendly billing staff at (575) 532-5700 between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. GREEG Family Healthcare is committed to working with patients who are having financial difficulties paying for services provided, BUT there has to be an arrangement for a payment plan with the billing department.
